JUKI LK-1900BN-HS Electronic Bar Tacking Machine

The JUKI LK-1900BN-HS is the new standard in electronic tacking machines. Equiped with a variety of pre-loaded patterns, this machine is well suited to tack on webbing, jeans, workwear, shirts, blouses – cottons and knits – without any major adjustments.

The machine comes with 50 pre-programmed patterns including:

 horizontal tacks in varying lengths, widths and stitch counts

• vertical tacks in varying lengths, widths and stitch counts
• eyelet patterns
• half moons

The most standard model we stock is the LK-1900BN-HS and the LK-1900BN-SS. These two machines are widely used for 90% of all tacking opeartions. Other models are available for different operations depending on your exact needs and requirements. Please see the spec sheets below for details.

The machine achieves sewing speed of 3,200sti/min. The machine’s starting, stopping, thread-trimming and automatic presser lifting speeds have been increased to significantly shorten total cycle time. The needle’s penetrating force into the material has been increased. This provides an improved responsiveness to heavy-weight materials for the H type machine. The W type has adopted a large shuttle hook, which reduces the frequency of bobbin-thread changing to enable highly efficient sewing work.
