JACK JK-T1906GH-D Electronic Shape Tacking Machine with On-Board Programming 60mm x 50mm

The JK-T19006GH-D is a high-speed electronic tacker designed to sew bar tacks and other patterns (with 100 already pre-programmed in memory) on a variety of materials from light to medium fabrics -PLUS it sews Box and Box-X patterns right out of the box with no custom clamping or programming required.

If you are sewing dog collars, back packs, military gear, or any kind of webbing, this machine offers you a ton of features for 2 to 3 thousands dollars less than competing brands. The machine comes with a standard tacking foot as well as a 2.4" x 2" (60mm x 50mm) open Box-X Clamp.

This machine is loaded with high tech features - most notably its on-board LCD Touch Screen programmer / control panel. This is an easy interface for selecting patterns, fine tuning pattern lengths and widths, adjusting the speed on the-fly, keeping up with sewn piece counts, and many other useful tools for extremely efficient production environments.  Also, creating new patterns and sewing with them is a task that can be achieved in minutes - the LCD panel gives you all the tools to create and edit new patterns quickly.

This machines comes standard with the intermittent presser foot which allows the material to be held down at each stitch point eliminating the danger of the material riding up with the needle.  This will eliminate skipped stitches and other issues created by material movement under the clamp.

The machine is of very high quality with German engineered stepping motors and drive system electronics. These offer high speed and stitch precision on par with other, more expensive machines.
